I suffer from retractile penis. When flaccid my penis sticks out only an inch and pokes right against my clothing. I find myself often pulling and stretching it outward just to let it hang normally. 4. Peno scrotal tacking – eliminates extra skin, " dog ears".
5. Lose weight – Lipo costs money but works good
6. Get informed – read all you can – share it with others

I have spent over ,000 on this issue already. I do feel alot better than I did before. I just want to feel totally comfortable down there. I believe in helping others. I also would like to make money and recoup some of my costs. Should I write a book? I need some input. I really just want my penis to hang, in a relaxed state, not uptight and retracted.

I have consulted with and been worked on by high end surgeons and I am trying to expand my options further by just putting it all out there. Thanks.
